What does your outsource Paraplanning Service include?
Paradox provides a bespoke service to fit to your requirements. Services we provide include report writing, valuation summaries & research. These reports can be tailored to your own in-house preferences if this is required.
What information do you require?
Generally we would require a Factfind, a completed risk profile, meeting notes along with policy/product information regarding the client case. These can be emailed, scanned or faxed to us or discussed over the phone if required.
Is the client data I send secure?
We ensure all client data you send to us is treated in the strictest confidence in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. Our computers are all password protected and backed up securely. They also have built in virus checker, Malware checker and Firewall for protection.
How do you charge for your services?
You will be sent an invoice at the beginning of each month for the previous months work. Payment will need to be made by bank transfer.
What is your turnaround time?
This will depend on the work done, but generally if all information has been provided and gathered, we endeavour to have reports and work completed within 5 working days or quicker.
